  • Civics For The Culture is Fair Fight Action's web series, created by Chelsey Hall; built to make civic engagement and political literacy land with young Black and Brown voters through storytelling rather than a lecture. I joined after season one proved the concept but couldn't sustain the release cadence a Gen-Z audience expects, or carry a visual identity distinct enough to travel on its own across social.

  • MY ROLE

    I rebuilt the show's brand and its production model in the same pass: a new tone of voice and visual identity, a distinct color palette per episode so each one could stand alone as a social-native asset, and a reusable script template that let the team write and produce faster without losing the show's voice. I led the creative team across all 16 episodes over two seasons, co-directing every one.

    To streamline the scriptwriting and research process, I launched a writers' camp, collaborating closely with the Off Tha Record production team to ensure each episode was polished and engaging.

    Throughout the process, I managed a talented team of 15 creatives, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality production. This role allowed me to blend my creative vision with hands-on leadership, driving the project's success and expanding its audience.

    • The script system cut production time by 50%, while viewership rose 30% and civic engagement across Georgia topped 75%
