Natalie Lauren Sims is an artist.
She works in paint, song, campaign, and community — because the idea decides the medium, not the other way around. Her songs have traveled the world in the voices of others. Her paintings have hung at Christie’s London. Her work has moved through the hands of Ava DuVernay’s Array Now ( Would You Kill God Too), Theaster Gates, Stacey Abrams, and Subaru of America. Her M-Experiment ecosystem has guided over 2,000 people through the practice of building a sustainable creative life.
Whatever the form — canvas, campaign, song, or community — Natalie builds the worlds ideas live inside of.
In 2025, she co-founded Palate Concepts with Shawna Spears, a creative studio for ideas, taste, and real thinking.
Based in Los Angeles. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

BOY MAYBE,
poems by WJ Lofton.
I'm currently providing creative direction for my best friend's upcoming poetry book, set to be released by Beacon Press in 2025. My artwork will be featured on the cover, and we're collaborating on designing an immersive rollout to bring the book's themes to life.
